We supply the equipment, do the engineering, and service it after so a building owner deals with one company, not four.
Our commercial solutions range from low-pressure steam and hydronic system optimization to advanced heat recovery and domestic hot water electrification. We integrate strategic decarbonization and emission solutions to ensure your building achieves long-term carbon compliance and maximum operational efficiency.
A lot of New York’s older buildings run on steam, and a standard heat pump can’t make steam. So owners assume the choice is keep the boiler or gut the building.
There’s a third option. Our heat pumps make low-pressure steam and drop into the steam system you already have. The building keeps its existing distribution. The emissions go down. The radiators still work.
Good fit for pre war commercial and multifamily buildings still on steam.
Hot-water heating needs high supply temperatures, and older heat pumps couldn’t get there. That’s why a lot of hydronic buildings stayed on gas.
Ours deliver hot water up to 248°F hot enough for the system the building was designed around. Works for retrofits and new construction, and pairs with renewables.
Good fit for hydronic commercial and multifamily buildings, and new builds under Local Law 154.
Most buildings throw away heat from one system while burning fuel to make heat for another. You’re paying for it twice.
We capture that waste heat and put it back to work, balancing loads across the building and handling heating and cooling at the same time.
Good fit for larger and mixed-use buildings that heat and cool at once.
Hot water is one of the last places fossil fuel is still allowed in new buildings and that window is closing. Existing buildings are under the same pressure from Local Law 97.
Our modular heat pumps pull energy from more than one source to make hot water year-round, no combustion. It’s also a clean first step if you’re not ready to electrify everything at once.
Good fit for any building that wants to get hot water off gas, including a phased start.
In a lot of buildings, one side needs heat while the other needs cooling. Running two systems for that wastes energy.
One system handles both. It moves heat to wherever the building needs it instead of making and dumping it separately.
Good fit for offices, mixed-use, and larger residential with different needs zone to zone.
We provide the best solution based on your unique building’s requirements
Hudson Clean Heat’s sister companies MPN Boilers and Mobile Steam Boiler Rental Corp. have been providing emergency support for over 50 years in the NYC Metro area. We are able to support your building’s needs from product solution, all the way to service after install.
Hudson Clean Heat and our sister company MPN Boilers were selected as the winner oNew York State’s $1 millioN Empire Technology Prize for having the best solution to decarbonize tall buildings in NYC.
TheEmpire Technology Prize was administered by The Clean Fight and sponsored by NYSERDA and Governor Kathy Hochul.
Everything we do is aimed at getting a building compliant and keeping it there. Local Law 97 puts emissions caps on most buildings over 25,000 square feet. Local Law 154 keeps fossil fuel out of new construction. We turn that into a plan for your building based on your budget and specific needs.
Whether you require a comprehensive Building Decarbonization Strategy, Technical Emissions Modeling, or expert guidance on NYC Local Law 97 Carbon Compliance, our team is ready to assist.
