Jaime Tetrault

Chief Executive Officer

Jaime has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial industrial market, primarily in leadership, aftermarket, manufacturing, and major account management. A graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy, much of Jaime’s technical experience originates with marine boiler and diesel engine installations.

Jaime was previously a Director at Caterpillar Inc., where he led their global aftermarket team, and joined MPN Boilers as Chief Executive Officer in 2020, coming from Texas where he held various leadership roles in the Oil and Gas industry.

Ian Rowburrey - Chief Commercial Officer

Ian Rowburrey

Principal / VP of Sales

Ian has over 25 years’ experience in commercial, industrial, and utility steam and hot water systems. A graduate of the Maine Maritime Academy, he worked at ABB for six years as a field service engineer on utility gas turbines before moving into their Combustion Control division as a project engineer, gaining significant experience in advanced boiler combustion control and burner management systems.

Ian joined MPN as a sales engineer in 2003 and now serves as Principal / VP of Sales. Across his 18 years with MPN, Ian has assisted many NYC-based MEP engineers with the design and equipment selection of high and low pressure steam heating systems for hospitals, commercial and residential high-rise buildings, and academic institutions.

Ian Motley

President

Ian has over 10 years’ experience in the commercial, maritime, and energy engineering markets, specializing in program management, system design, and large-scale project execution. As a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy, much of his technical experience originates from marine engineering operations, including propulsion systems, power generation, and complex mechanical systems.

Previously, Ian held senior engineering roles with Crowley Maritime and T-Solutions, managing global maritime projects including multimillion-dollar shipyard overhauls and asset lifecycle programs. He also co-founded Vennture LLC, providing maritime and operational gap analysis services.

Ian joined Miller Proctor Nickolas Inc. in 2024 as Program Manager and Head Engineer, where he led the company to win the Empire Technology Prize, securing over $2M in funding and multiple pilot projects across New York City. These efforts directly led to the launch of Hudson Clean Heat LLC, where Ian serves as President, driving the deployment of advanced electrification and high-temperature heat pump solutions in the urban energy market.

Julia Cyr

Lead, Sustainability Business Development

Julia is the lead of Sustainability Business Development at Hudson Clean Heat, focusing on sustainability business development, client relations, and B2B sales to support clients’ building decarbonization and electrification initiatives and targets.

Julia has extensive experience helping buildings comply with Local Law 97, providing building owners with the best solutions for their property. Her efforts were a key factor in leading Miller Proctor Nickolas Inc. to be awarded the prestigious Empire Technology Prize for the best solutions for NYC buildings to decarbonize.
